10-Year Structural Warranty
Cabinet carcasses, hinges and channels on modular kitchens and wardrobes are covered for manufacturing defects for up to 10 years from installation, subject to normal domestic use.
What's Covered
Warping, delamination and hardware failure arising from manufacturing defects. Free repair or replacement of the affected component, assessed by our service team.
What's Not Covered
Damage from water exposure beyond normal use, impact damage, unauthorised modification, or wear from misuse.
Claiming Warranty
Contact our service team with your project ID and a description of the issue; a technician will assess and advise on next steps within 5 working days.
